Carlson Wagonlit Travel: Live Mural Painting
Carlson Wagonlit Travel partnered with WAW to commission artists to paint a mural live during the company’s conference event. The conference hosted hundreds of guests and took place at the East Miami hotel. WAW selected artists that fit the Carlson’s needs, which included incorporating the “Working Together” theme of the conference.
Florida International University: Team Scavenger Hunt
Florida International University approached WAW to set up a team building event for 125 of their employees. WAW planned and executed a scavenger hunt in the Wynwood area, which concluded with a mixer event at the Miami Ad School. WAW commissioned food trucks, supplied Wynwood Brewery beer and wine for guests to enjoy during the mixer.
Liv.: Member Splash Mural
Liv. contacted WAW to set up a team building event in the Wynwood area. WAW conceptualized a “splash mural” where all employees had the opportunity to contribute to a group mural. Led by a WAW graffiti artist, employees used mops, rags, and paint rollers to throw paint on the wall to create a mural with the brands colors. At the end of the event, a stencil was peeled back and the Liv. logo was revealed under all the paint.
